He is also a senior Marketing professional with more than 25 years of experience in strategic marketing design, consulting, training, sales and business development.
He holds a Masters of Science degree in Digital Marketing, a BS in Marketing and Economics, a BA in Tourism Management, a Train The Trainer Certificate and has been constantly updating his knowledge with more than 15 professional seminars in the last ten years. His strategic thinking, designing, evaluating and managing skills on small and large scale marketing strategies in the digital world are also shared with the businesses he is offering mentoring privately or through the Local Enterprise Offices of Laois, Carlow and Offaly.
His Professional experience includes the development of the 2017 Digital Marketing plan for the Road Safety Authority of Ireland, the design and management of the award winning SKYY Vodka campaign, the Philip Morris - Marlboro - safe driving events, the Porsche World Roadshow and a pan-European competition event for British Petroleum BP. Marianthi has successfully completed a Higher Diploma (Hons – NFQ Level 8) in Business/Tourism Marketing with C.I.T. This course entailed studying and completing examinations in subjects such as: marketing Management, Online Marketing Strategy & Practice, Planning re Financial and Resources. Effective Strategies in Tourism Marketing, carrying out Market Research, Consumer Phycology and Insights, Product Innovation and International Marketing and Selling. Prior this course she has successfully completed the NFQ level 6 in Business management. Both of these courses have enabled her to feel confident working in the marketing sector.
In her latest project Marianthi has gained experience working as a Marketing Manager with The Mountmellick Museum were she was responsible for developing the 2017 online marketing plan and strategy, designing and conducting primary and secondary research ton the most effective way to promote and market the museum. She has also gained experience as an events and congress manager enabling her to build on project management and marketing campaigns to a successful conclusion.
