    Impossible is nothing!

    But have you ever thought how ridiculously hard it is to be laconic?

    A slogan – end line, strapline, baseline, brand-line, pay-off, tag or tagline – is called to express a complex concept in a few words. In most cases producing a memorable and dramatic tag line that would be effective is a long and painful process. The value proposition of the brand has to be clearly expressed to be understood and embraced by the target customers. Brands that have done that right do not only capitalize on the benefits but are also acknowledged with the respect of their business environment including their competitors.

    Many baby boomers (born 1945 – 1960) and especially maturists (born pre-1945) were using maxims (like “Location, location, location” or “He who learns but does not think is lost” or “Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise") when chatting with others. Today, casual conversations are full of slogans that are so effective and so exposed they have gradually substituted most of the old public wisdom sayings in everyday phraseology.

    Some memorable and effective taglines we could think of in random order are:
